Hello. i m 28week pregnant from the few days i m getting white discharge and in my panty seen some time pale yellow and urine smell... its normal or i need to go for check up

If that discharge which you are getting is foul smelling, it is definitely not normal... it is advisable to get yourself clinically examined and  start on medications accordingly...
