About pregnancy. Pls help dctrs. tqq!

Hello. Actually my cycle is 40 days...i did observe egg white discharge on 11th and 12 th day..aftr that 17 th day of my cycle i got full dizzyness oneday..before periods time i got fully cramps like before periods .. but i didnt get my periods..aftr delayed periods i got bloating constipation about 3 days.. bloating is stopped i felt some dizzyness nouesia frequent urination brest softness and painfully hungry loose bowls..so i took pregnancy test its came with very faint line .. aftr 3 days again i took test its negative with out any faint line..and i dont have nausea and dizziness but i have frequent urination hungry brest changes.feeling pregnancy littlebit tiredness ..so pls help me on this am very confusing .. pls pls help dctrs.. tqq
