Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am in 9th month of pregnancy and in my latest report of ultrasound color Doppler obstetrics, I have a small problem of "early diastolic notch in Rt uterine artery(uteroplacental insufficiency). so what should I do in this condition.. Please suggest me and give your best opinion..

In late pregnancy if amount of liquor is normal, no high BP, bady wt normal, diastolic notch in uterine artery has no significance. So don't wrry. Wait.
