As long as no difficulty in feeding or bluish discoloration or difficulty in breathing ...no need to go to hosp. For clearing nasal secretion liberally use saline drops as spray multiple times in day. Remember not to confuse with decongestant drops likexylometazolime...those are not to be used...pure saline drops Wipe the nasal cavity before feeding as a blocked nose can irritate the baby Can also use nasal suction bulb which is available in pharmacies

Usually normal for an infant to have sneezing and running nose . use only Nasal saline drops. If child is feeding well and taking nap for 2-3 hrs after each feeds it’s ok .Look out for danger signs - Poor feeding , excessive crying , not passing urine atleast every 6hlry , Yellowish discolouration, Loose stools , lethargy , fever .
Next Steps
If you think symptoms are worsening or persistent better to consult a Pediatrician physically near by .

If no fast breathing otherwise then continue Saline nasal drops . Name sure your baby is held upright position after feeding for atleast 20-30 minutes. Many a times reflux happens in newborn and that can cause coughing and sneezing. But in this baby will be normally having breast feeding and no fast breathing,no lethargy.
Next Steps
If still doubt then do Consult here
