About my uncircumcised penis.
I've an uncircumcised penis. So my problem lies i can pull back my fore skin when my penis is small but i haven't pulled it till the end because i am afraid a bit, and it doesn't pain even.i know it will go back completely.so my problem is my outer layer of the topmost part of the forskin is tight a bit and whn i pull it when it is small then i think that my forskin may tear up if i get an erction at dt moment.should i pull it back completly? Will it tear and burst out blood. I'm 17. Thank you.
