Kindly don't be anxious as anxiety will only worsen the situation. Kindly follow a well balanced diet and have your nutritional supplements as well regularly. Do not carry any heavy weight, don't over exert yourself, kindly don't be stressed and do methods such as yoga and meditation to help with stress and if you have any discomfort or any problem visit your OBGYN at the earliest.
