About my periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I got my periods on 20december for more than 10 days, after 15 days i again fiund spoting from my vagina. Than again after a month,near about in fabruary i again had spoting for 10 to 5 mins. After february 18 i have not got my periods till 19th april. I dont find any symptoms of preganancy also like tenderness of nipples or any kind of discretion from nipples,tiredness,nausea etc.
