3 montha ago tsh was 6.97 Now tsh 5.75. Ft4 normal. Anti tpo:  normal My symptoms : Dyslipidimia, diastolic htn, depression, anxiety, personality disorder... away from social activity. Day by day it is increasing. Plz suggest me what should i do?

Your levels indicate subclinical or mild early hypothyroidism. Some of the symptoms described may be related to it. ( dyslipidemia and HTN) . It’s less likely that personality disorder or anxiety are related to subclinical hypothyroidism Are you taking medication for thyroid? The requirement for thyroid medication will depend on other symptoms, cause and your weight.
