About my breast.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello doctor. My breast's skin is getting dried. So it's itchy as it's drying. Right side nipple is now stiff most of the time after I scratched heavily and areola part is now got a small wound. Is it due to winter only?? Can it be reduced applying normal body oil or moisturizer cream??? Is anything there to be worried about? Anything serious???
