Im facing so many issues nowadays.. Eg, i feel like im not in a reality world. I still felt like im in a dream. Also sometimes i gotta hurt myself to make me feel like im in reality because i somehow zone out. Especially when going to the bathroom. I tend to forget that im sleeping so i feel like im peeing in the toilet when im not. I dont know what cause to this but i hope some advice can help me. I did research some stuffs about it but i still dont know what the cause of it. I forget so many stuffs and i tend to forget what im doing. Is there any solution or is there things that you could tell me that i didnt know what im facing?
