About Meanstrual Health
I'm 18 years old female, I'm with fitness exercise from the age 13/14 and recently in one month I have started weight training.. but before I only did self body weight exercise.. now I've switched to gym. So my query is about my periods that I don't have PCOS, PCOD, or fibroid or polyps or anything, but since some months I was facing brownish discharge before 2/3 days of my periods and then my period started so I consulted gynaecologist and he suggested USG of whole abdomen and T3 T4, and the report was very good no problem has been found so doctor told me that everything is very good. My periods lasts for 7 days.. and in this month I have that discharge brownish and then period started but now some brownish discharge and sometimes red spotting is seen after my complete period, so my concern is that is it okay? Or my gym exercise influencing this?
