I am 8th month pregnant and my gynecologist advice me to take inj. Betnesole 2 ampule dose one time at starting of 8th month but is it safe to take for me and my foetus??? Plz give advice.

Betnesol injection is given to expedite the lung maturity of the baby, so that the baby is able to breathe better in case a preterm delivery happens. It is very useful to reduce the baby's stay at the Nursery in case of a preterm delivery.
