I'm 16, have hit puberty since i've pubic hair, little beard nd all but my foreskin's too sensitive. It gets fully retracted on flaccid as well as erect penis but gets too painful when on erect, also when its fully retracted (on erect), there's a accumulation of meagre skin and a balloon like thing (inflated.) Is it normal with respect to my age and will go? I don't think I have phimosis.
