About follicle size and missed period.

I was prescribed to be on contraceptive for 2 months to balance my LH FSH levels. And later in last month period cycle I was given Clomipure 100 starting from the 3rd day of cycle. I started with the ovulation study from day 10. My egg got rupturured on day 16. And the follicle size was 16mm only. This month I have not got my period yet. It's my 32nd day of last period. I have done UPT , but it's negative. I have also gone to the doctor today. But she said egg got rupturured at very small follicle size. And prescribed me NostraCR to get my period. I'm bit confused. Should I start taking Nostra CR from today? Or wait for 2 more days and do the pregnancy test again ? Egg ruptured at very small follicle size so is it normal? And what are the chances of pregnancy?
