I have a question that I have two blood donation camps coming up this week.  So can a person or can I donate my blood two times in a week.  And the camps have a gap of 5 days.  And my weight is approx 72 kilograms.

hey , life span of RBC is 120days so its better to donate blood once in 3 to 4 months . donating twice a week is not good idea
