My friend is having loosemotions since yesterday.6-8 each day.
Watery,yellow to slightly green with pain in abdomen,not foul smelling also c/o nausea.
No fever
H/o traveling and food/water consumption outside(no other fellow traveller developed any symptoms though)
Have been taking ORS.

Still not relieved.
What else medication need to be given?
