My baby 3 month old. Her one leg thigh crease appear but not another one leg. but both leg same length.What is this? Is this ddh?please answer me

Some risk factors for DDH are- low fluid around baby in pregnancy, delivery with bottom down position instead of usual head down lie of foetus, family history of DDh in first degree delivery or other foot/leg/spine deforminitues.
Physical examination is best to rule out, if any doubts ultrasound can be done, for bigger babies ultrasound is less reliable and X-ray of hips maybe required if concerns persist
