My friend workouts everyday in gym and takes creatine monohydrate suppliment. In the near future even people below 45 will also get covid vaccine. So can my friend continue using creatine monohydrate and fearlessly take covid vaccine ?Or does he needs to stop creatine monohydrate suppliment before taking Indian covid vaccine? And if yes when to stop?
