My son 3 years old he got corona positive 3days back till today he don't have any symptoms but from today night he got a fever 100 degree I put calpol and montair lc kid what can I do for fever down

Continue with calpol,stop montair LC, you can also do sponging with room temperature water. And watch for danger signs like dullness, high grade fever more than 5 days, breathing difficulty. If any such problem,get a consultation.
