RT-PCR can be positive for nearly 3-4 mths. Kindly note if you have even slightest of Covid symptoms, continue with home isolation and consult physician for treatment.
Next Steps
Kindly monitor your Pulse, Oxygen saturation, Temperature every 8 hourly if you have any symptom

It is advisable that you consult the same doctor because he/she is familiar with your current treatment. Covid can take time to turn negative in reports, if your general condition is good continue the stabilizing medicines in guidance of your consulting doctor and take rest. If your consulting doctor is not reachable you could book an appointment with anyone else through Practo.
