Dear parents,      Your child is 6months old. According to me stop milk from 8am to 8pm give semi solid diet like Dal, dalia, khichdi, rice, alu, kela, apple, upaama, halwa, patoliya, raab, kadi, idle, poha etc, and give milk from 8pm to 8am give preferable mother's milk if mother milk is not available give toned milk adding sugar as per our taste. Cerelac is emergency food for house mothers & food for working mothers.
