When I was pregnant my bp was 130/90 till 4 months ... Suddenly my BP goes raised ... Like 160/110 then doctor gave medicine for BP I taking it regularly... Almost done all diagnosis everything is fine and normal ... 2d echo and protin on urine and blood sample ... But I had my hypertension from start my old gynecologist never told about it ... We came across.. we r happy that becaming parents.. In home monitor shows normal and I go to doctor ( general physician) who check BP in pump way ... That also comes normal .. when I visit to hospital it's goes high like 170/110 and all ... I scared a lots why it's not becoming normal .. when I be very normal in home ... Doctor please suggest me how to reduce BP normal way .. and I need this baby a lots .. doctor told u can take a risk so I already taking risk ... I need healthy baby and I need to control my bp ... Please suggest me with the best ... Like medicine and food diet ... But doctor told me no for diet it's need to gain 2kg at 7 month
