I have colitis and piles , dry mouth ( little saliva )schimers test showed 7 vagina stays dry it all happened after an abortion my ana and ena test is negative .I passed black color stools when I took first pill for medical abortion what could be the cause ?

Black stools can be due to many reasons. Abortion pills not related to that.
