Hello thanq for ur question. U didn't menstioned how many weeks gestation u have completed and and wether u r having 1st preg or 2nd 3rd..? Well u took mefigest on Saturday night means usually it helps in separation of conceptual product  from the uterus,  procedure will begin within 24 hrs but sometimes it takes 48hrs too.. as now u have taken again 2 mesoprost tab it will expell the product out with contractions, wait for another day... If u didn't bleed completely means ... Better consult a  nearest doctor. Hope this infirmation will help u... With regards..
