Confirmation of rpocs after abortion  can be done by ultrasound after 7-10 days. Next periods expected as per menstrual cycle duration. If patient has been put on hormones after abortion , next periods expected after 21 days. Increased eosinophils indicates increased body immune response to the procedure.However , it might also indicate  allergic response to any medication or food product.
Next Steps
if rpocs are present, decision taken as per size of the rpocs. Usually rpocs upto 1 cm can be easily treated by medicl management .
