Abortion law for unprotected sex
Me and my boyfriend had sex on 24th jan and my period is due from 29th to 31st jan.
We are still waiting for periods.
As per the abortion law 2021, even unmarried girls can get aborted, if I am not wrong? So, before 20 weeks (medical abortion), the permission of the pregnant girl and doctor is enough right?
No involvement of family is needed right?
