I was 10 week pregnant nd heartbeat of baby has stopped , i had no growth issues. At 10 weeks also the growth was yet 8 weeks seen. D n c is good or pills. Doctor gave me both option n told it vl go by pills, nd we do according to ur wish

D and C us more preferable as it is 10 weeks pregnancy ... Heavy bleeding, incomplete abortion with medical abortion is high fr 8 to 10 weeks
