After crossing the due date do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with me.

You will have to check with urine pregnancy test in case of missed period. Before that you can do blood HCG test for confirmation of pregnancy
