Abnormal Uterene Bleeding
I've been having my period for more than a month now. The bleeding is not heavy and I'm not experiencing any pain. I had ultrasound and the result is ok everything is normal. I took tranexamic acid for 4 days but the bleeding just lessened it did not stop. What can cause this? Is this just hormonal imbalance or can it be something else?

If ultrasound shows everything s okie..then it looks to be either hormonal imbalance or thyroid disorders. A beta Hcg blood test and serum TSH and prolactin levels are next investigation . Consult a gynaecologist near you for clinical examination
