Hello, Miscarriage can induce similar changes in the body's hormones as a normal pregnancy does. It might take a couple of Cycles for your periods to come back to normal. Till then you may experience heavy bleeding or light bleeding or frequent menses. However do have a regular intake of iron supplements.
