Hi.i nevrr had my periods iregular.always i get my periods 4 to 5 days before d date.but this time my periods was.delayed 3 days.on 3rd dat in aftrrnoon i saw spotting i took pads but my pad was completely white whole day till next day.aftrr bath i got my regular periods wit lot of cramps .what was this hormonal.changes or miscarraige

Could be both. Hormonal imbalance will require treatment as in future u will not be able to get pregnant & if it’s miscarriage the it will also require treatment as you might get RPOC which will cause very heavy bleeding & clots.. Dr Rupal (Senior Consultant Physician) Mumbai
