Abnormal period and lower pain?

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had unprotected sex in the last two months . Last month I had spotted brown blood around when my period was suppose to come, it wasn't heavy it lasted 2 days no red blood . this month I had a really sharp pain occur and then I'm having really light bleeding , what could this be?
