Abnormal menustral cycle

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello Doctor, My periods gets stretches to 15-20 days in a month. Though high flow occurs for 5 to 6 days only but little discharge continues to be in the rest of the month. I am suffering from this problem from past many month. What can be the reason for it and what measures should I take?
