My sister has taken emergency contraceptive pills( i pill, unwanted 72 and e pill) 5 times in two year with several months gap before when she was in relationship and she thinks may be for that her hormonal imbalance have occured due to which she is having itching when cottage cheese type discharge with bad odor is discharged from her vagina.After applying cocunot oil and leaving spicy food itching and cottage type discharge was controlled(symptom is 7 months) but happens when she wear tight jeans or is outside and feel weak sometimes but she have gained wieght i.e 65 kg before she was less than that and no pain nothing is there but due to her worry she went for check up and the doctor said candida without testing and just pressing her stomach and and given her flucos 150 mg to take twice in a week with 3 days gap and to omplete the course for 6 weeks and a ointment and a wash. Does this medicine good for such thing??And she has not said the doctor about the pills which she had taken.

Cottage cheese discharge can be due to candida......But w/o examination it is difficult to tell which type of infection it is....... better u consult Ur local dr.
