Abnormal bleeding in periods
I was sexually active last month. I took Unwanted 72 next day of scheduled ovulation. I also had an ovarian cyst on left ovary in USG two months back. Now on expected periods day. I started bleeding like normal periods with passing normal clots but the flow was increasing and decreasing again and again. Now after 36 hours after the bleeding started, the bleeding was slow but again the bleeding increased like normal periods. There is pain in left side of pelvic region apart from periods like cramps. Could this be due to ectopic pregnancy or due to ovarian cyst or due to Unwanted 72 I took?

U will generally experience menstrual cramps during periods.ovarian cyst will not cause pain until there is torsion of the cyst
