Drotin can be taken for pain upto twice daily. Pain is common because of intestinal structure s and Inflammation. Diet: have more of green vegetables, fruits, sprouts etc for good nutrition. Chew food properly for proper digestion and to decrease pain. In addition nutritional supplements like NUTRILITE powder, NUTRILITE DAILY, NUTRILITE OMEGA etc can help SIGNIFICANTLY.
