Abdominal TB
I have diagnosed Lymph Node TB, 9 months ago with FNAC test and used regular government medicines from 9 months. Can't see any improvement in lymph node as it was 4 cm near peri pancreas. it's same now. Although I have been now gone through gene expert and FNAC again, but I have dignaosed a normal TB. Doctor told me to continue private medicines. One more thing to consider that in my ultra sound there is no improvement and lesions were also spotted. Please guide me what's going on and future treatments. what is likely to eat for fast recovery.

If you are confirmed with normal sensitive TB infection, regular govt medications should be sufficient, if fever and weight loss are absent that also is a good response. If not pls verify whether you are getting the correct dosage as per your weight. Also TB treatment can be extended uptill 12 months if its disseminated.
