Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hye doctor. My sister went for whole abdominal scanning. There she found cyst in her right ovary. Also doctor scans her uterus , cervix , ovaries and mention on report but about fallopian tubes nothing is mentioned So my question is when our uterus and ovaries got scanned then fallopian tubes got scanned automatically ? Or if there is any problem in fallopian tubes it got detected as well on scan ?Or we have to do another scan for fallopian tubes ?
