Berberis vulgaris 200 ch Liquid Homeopathic medicine 10 drops in 50 ml Twice a day for 3 months Cap triphala by Himalaya 2 Twice a day for 3 months Do sonography of abdomen after 45 days to see progress Reconsult after 15 days
