Hi doctor, I am 29 yr old, I have pain in my stomach and very much gas, due to this my appetite is also reduces , it's about 2.5yr now. The urge of passing stool is also their but more of gas. Feels heavy abdomen. I feel like not eating anything. I don't eat spicy or outside food. This problem starts When I was doing job , sometimes we was busy and won't be able to take our breakfast mostly and with empty stomach we use to lift weights also.. please help me with this. A year ago I consulted with allopathic doctor, and had medicine for almost 2month but no good results..
