Abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Symptoms: Abdominal pain/cramp. Started off on right side, got up and it radiated to my entire stomach. Peak of the pain which was 10/10 lasted about 5min. Started to calm down now. Now feel a discomfort in my stomach.

Hello. I think you are suffering from Acute Gastritis which means Acidity & inflammation of the lining of your stomach most probably. But you didn't mentioned the exact area on the rt.side like upper, middle or lower. I think you should have a Ultrasound Whole abdomen to Rule out Gall bladder stones, kidney stones, acute appendicitis or any enlarged liver etc. Kindly come to practo chat for your evaluation and treatment part.
