Asked for Female, 7 Years

She had an abdominal pain for 4 days and today morning after school had vomiting Consult with doctor and done sonography Report is Appendix measuring 4mm ( normal less than 6mm) is noted Mild tenderness is noted over appendix Doctor had advised to give 4 days liquid diet like coconut water or lemon juice and fresh juice and don't leave her to school for 4 days. Is it a mild problem or serious ? it will heal later ? Need medical advice How it is created and what should take care of ?
