Abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Severe pain & vomiting on the 1st day of menopause. cant eat or drink anything during that time. even I cant take pills to control pain, it comes out immediately. its very difficult to work in office. My problem is visibly knowing to everyone around me. I don't know what to do!!! but my period is perfectly regular & lasts for 3 to 4 days

Hi, please get done your blood test for only CBC, very basic check up. If Haemoglobin is less take multivitamin multimeters like preparations with Bit.D and B12. If indicates infection, get treated for the same by your Dr.
