  4. Abdominal pain. What can be done?

Abdominal pain
Preteen girl with chronic constipation is having pain in upper abdomen (just above navel) before bowel straining .She seems to have some ingested worms too since seed like things comes in stool since few months after she petted/played with stray dog.Is current problem due to works or constipation?what can be done?
