My stomach seems to be swollen from couple of days.Earlier there was slight pain in my lower abdominal but now it's uncomfortableness in stomach as well as back. Did KUB test and reports are absolutely normal.Can anyone tell me what could this be about...??

Prolonged pain in the lower abdomen may be seen with prostate issues as well. Seeing that the KUB is fine, getting a Prostate check or an examination or imaging would be a good idea.
