My nephew started feeling abdominal pain since yesterday afternoon and 4-5 vomits - 1. Emergency Doc has given injections - EMESET, PANSEC, DROTIN, DICLOFENAC, BUSCOGAST, HYOSINE BUTYLBROMID. 2. In ultrasound says its "likely to be inflamed appendix. 3. Doc suggested immediate surgery. can it be cured without surgery?
