Hello...... Ultrasound abdomen is helpful in diagnosis the cause. Then only one can treat the cause.. Pain abdomen could be due to liver problem ,gall stone,  gastritis,  ureteric stones etc.... Detailed examination and investigation is required to diagnose the condition. Consult general surgeon.
