Abdominal pain
LMP date is 3 aug and no periods yet but severe abdominal pain on both side since 2 days. Upt at home on 4 sept is negative...so what's the reason of severe abdominal pain.... please guide what can I do

Wait for 3-4 days for your periods to come as Upt is negative . If it doesn’t come for another week, repeat UPT. Take a painkiller for the pain

Wait for 1 more week for periods. Pain may be due to delay in the periods. You can take antispasmodic for pain relief.
