Abdominal pain in one day

Asked for Female, 44 Years

My mother suffered abdominal pain in Jan 24 and doctor ask her to take MIR scan then doctor told that was cholesterol fatty and give antibiotic injection for 6 days. My mother stomach swealing like pregnant and mother went to homeopathy doctor and doctor ask her to take 4DScan then doctor said intestinal TB. But my mother not having no symptoms like continuous stomach pain, fever, cough with blood,etc but my mother having swealing stomach during taking antibiotic injection. Is it possible TB?
