Abdominal pain

I've had bad abdominal pain for a couple of years now, however it has got really severe this year to the point where I have to stay in bed for hours because it's so sore to do anything. Sometimes I have to go to the toilet or feel like I need to be sick/ or be sick. However not always, usually stay in bed for quite a while until it goes. Can take up to a day for the pain to go and I usually get it every 2 or so weeks
